It's pretty clear what Microsoft's long term strategy is. The future will be everyone on Game Pass playing games on Azure servers.

It's all about getting people into it. They will concede annual Playstation COD sales to help work towards that goal.

For $70b, you can be sure that Call of Duty games will be exclusive to Xbox, console wise. It’s a huge system seller.

I was expecting them to buy Ubisoft more than I was expecting Activision.

Activision and specifically Call of Duty (number 1 selling game every year) plus Warzone make enormous amounts of money, that's not including Blizzard titles...

I was just thinking that spending a theoretical 70 billion on something like Nintendo would be immensely better value than 70 billion on Activision…….
