"strawberry float off, you're not even on air"

Great episode, so glad they didnt put that gormless sidekick in it too, he serves no purpose at all. All he seems to do is sit there looking chubby and gormless while Alan gets on with it. :fp:

Been a good series so far. A long wait for the second half, though.

Loves us all since 2008

Great series. Ep6 was amongst the best, imo.

Episode 5 and 6 were my favourites, so hopefully that means they get even better when it starts again in February.

I loved how he describes his previous dislike for the gay community as "fairly robust."

Finally got round to finishing this off. Wasn't too sure about it after the first couple, but the rest were great. Some serious laughs were had. Looking forward to the remaining eps in Feb.

Two similar sketches...two very different audiences. Right over their heads.

God, I remember the second clip. Couldn't believe how awful that audience was. Went right over their heads as you say. I actually think they thought that was the real milky bar kid :fp: . It was probably a young audience who think Noel Fielding is funny.

Knowing Me Knowing Yule is on tonight at 11:20 & 2:10 on GOLD. It was on last year on BBC2, & somewhat ironically ended up spoofing Ant & Dec's Christmas Takeaway a few days later brilliantly.

Irritating ITN voice-over man speaks over clip, ironically turning into useless TV reporter ala Alan Partridge.

Why show Steve Coogan talking but not let us know what he's saying?

That's what I thought. It's like a Day Today sketch. The media. :fp:
