I think you might need to reach a certain point in the story. I remember something similar to me happening with Nico. She said she'd meet me in the morning to go do some quest or something but the game didn't indicate that I actually needed to complete a particular story mission for the meet to trigger.
The game has a few of these moments, it's very confusing and frustrating. I don't think anything is missable though so just keep going and then return to the outside open area to explore later. Worth finding everything. Also worth using a guide sometimes as some of the powers break open areas that don't appear obviously breakable.
Yeah, it’s not communicated well that certain milestones need to be met before those events trigger, it felt like the game had bugged and the event never triggered. Also had it where Eddie Brock has messaged on the Superlink page yet in the story he is still possessed by Lilith
The bits walking around the Abbey remind me of the Crypt stuff in Mortal Kombat actually, think MK10 had it where you walked round the Crypt to unlock things? Feels like that in a way.
Doing the Book Club stuff with Blade, Captain Marvel and Captain America….love how Steve is getting the wrong end of the stick with why Blade set up the Book Club
And done! Loved it, fantastic game, even the social stuff was fun to do (Although I did end up skipping some of the random convo’s towards the end) gutted they won’t make another one after that post credit scene.
Did the Venom and Deadpool DLC’s as well did a bit of Morbius and Storm’s but I think I’m done for now. 54 hours on the clock, I’ll probably come back to it again down the line and do NG+ and finish the last 2 DLC’s.

I don't think that I've played one before, Milner, but it sounds neat. I got this last year in a sale and it included the season pass, so I'll have the DLC to tackle, too.

I look forward to reading your impressions when you do get round to playing it. I think it's very accessible as a deck builder and all the super hero flare and fireworks should make it very accessible to a newcomer to the genre.
I'm still intending to play it again (evil this time) now that I have the DLC. But it took me 80 hours to play it through without DLC so I'm wanting to clear some smaller games from my backlog first!
It’s very disappointing it sold so poorly but I think the marketing didn’t help. People were expecting Marvel Xcom and so many people turned their nose up at the mention of cards and deck building.
It’s a truly fantastic game and I’d be there day 1 for a sequel but sadly I don’t think that will happen.
I have just started this, I got it from game for the Series X for £7.50 and just noticed the season pass is currently £13.19 so grabbed that... My thoughts so far are it's pretty enjoyable but I'd have preferred it more if it had been closer to an Xcom with action points and stuff to choose from instead of cards, which is kind of what I expected and why I didn't grab it on release.
