I keep seeing this for £20 and it's rather tempting, it does look like a fun little time waster.

Yeah it's definitely a fun little dungeon crawler.
Great for kids if you've got them. My oldest loves it - even if he keeps equipping the shittest gear just based on "how cool" it looks.. :roll:

I got it for £17 from Amazon and that includes the Hero Pass with extra content so well worth the price, i’m really enjoying it at the moment, just working through the story to unlock all the areas and Adventure Mode at the moment .

I’m really surprised just how the hooks of this game have dug into me! I’ve unlocked and now playing on Apocalypse mode and I’m having a ton of fun still. I bought the season pass last night so got a whole lot more content added to the game now.

I’ve still not tried it online yet, everything I have done is in single player. Still getting some performance issues on Switch but nothing major and it doesn’t seem to crash anymore *touches wood*

Dive into a new Minecraft Dungeons adventure just in time for summer! Minecraft Dungeons is making a splash on May 26 with the next DLC, Hidden Depths. This won’t be your average day at the beach though. You’ll have to fight a spreading corruption that has reached the darkest depths of the ocean! Hey, it wouldn’t be Minecraft Dungeons if it were easy, right?

Of course, there’s also plenty of free content and updates alongside the DLC release! Not only are there new enchantments and breathtaking new levels, but there is also a brand-new feature called Raid Captains. Raid Captains are friendly tour guides that... wait, that’s not right. They’re super challenging new enemies that will change the way you play the game. That makes a lot more sense. Seek out Raid Captains where they lurk in the hidden corners of the world to add a new level of challenge (and new treasures) to your missions.

The free update and the Hidden Depths DLC are both available on May 26!

Looking forward to this, sunk 30 hours into it on Switch so far and have not touched the season pass stuff yet

A new DLC expansion, "Echoing Void", will arrive for all platforms on 28 July.

Excited for this, loved the based game and put over 30 hours into it. I bought the season pass so once this launches I’ll play through all the DLC content :toot:

The kids have been playing a bit of this since it's on Game Pass, seems enjoyable enough in a standard ARPG kind of way but I never really see the long term appeal of these games personally.

Getting 4 of us playing it on PC was an interesting experience, we ended up with one person on a wired PS4 controller (lol enjoy the drift son! :lol:

), one on a Series X controller, one on a Switch Pro controller and me on KB+M! Hearing everyone trying to communicate to each other which button does what was hilarious:

Pro Controller: "How do I hit things?!" :?:

XSX Controller: "Press A!" :toot:

Pro Controller: "That's using items not my sword!"

XSX Controller: "Well it works for me!"

...

PS4 Controller: "I haven't even got an A button"

We got there in the end! :lol:

Played it with my son there the last couple of days with the switch trial. He liked it; however we completed about 5 or 6 of the areas, so not sure it's worth buying full price tbh, if there's not much more left.
