Search for %appdata% from the start menu.

Yes, but you can just set Windows Explorer to show all hidden files. Makes things a bit simpler.

It might not be worth completely scrapping respawn bug worlds; I'm sure he'll fix it within a couple of days. He pumps out bugfixes pretty quickly usually.

Tried that and it's still doing the same thing. I'll just leave it for now and come back to it after it's had a few updates. Seems a few people on the official forums are suffering form the same crashes.

After cleaning out the cave under my hut in world 2, a short boat trip took me to a huge, mountainous continent, complete with a cove overlooked by a waterfall, in front of a massive cave. I set up a new hut, and ferried all my supplies. to the new world, and went inside to sit out the night. I was planning to wait until morning, save my game and back it up before heading any further.

Then I got bored, popped outside and almost immediately got instakilled by one of those exploding snakes. Naturally I was then hit with the respawn bug. :fp:

Always assumed 'compulsed' followed from 'compulsive' -- obviously not, my mistake.

To answer your question, Silva, currently whether it's snowy or not is essentially a switch which is thrown (or not) when you make a new world. Currently you will never find snow or ice in a sunny world. This may change soon however.
