A knock at the door!

"Hi, I'm the new tenant. Do you mind if I drop off some boxes now, I've got loads. Sorry for imposing, I OH MY GOD WHY'S THERE BLOOD ON THE FLOOR?

She faints. Yes we should probably get going.

You have voted John Pizer to be staked to death.

Like so many before him he is staked in the atrium until dead.

His eyes open wide.

"Was that it?"

The others are frozen as John throws himself at them biting wildly. The struggle continues - John biting, everyone else stabbing him with whatever they can grab to hand. Finally he truly is dead.

His body crumbles to dust! The Alpha vampire is dead!

"Did he bite any of you?" Everyone shakes their head. They step over the unconscious body of the new tenant and leave Curdama Manor forever.

The last person out clutches his arm behind his back. The bite was shallow, he couldn't possibly be infected right?

THE END

Congratulations to the surving humans. Thanks for playing and Merry Christmas.

Kurt Barlow for MVP. What a last day turnaround, I really pulled it out of the hat, didn't I.

Thanks for the game everyone, and thanks for running it Mori.

I was Kurt Barlow, and I wasn't actually as inactive as I seemed, I just had a real hard time following the game. I was in the background reading and chipped in with voting for lynching, but to be honest, a core group of good guys seemed to quickly get a handle on the situation, get good inside knowledge and ran the game fairly well. I felt very superfluous

This wasn't helped by being busy with work at the start of the game, and the pace of events was fairly fast. Even after a day or two I felt hopelessly behind.

It also confirms to me something I felt last time we did alt-accounts - I find it really hard to keep like a mental map of people when it's just random names and avatars. I find it really hard to ascribe actions and posts to certain people, unlike when it's people I've known for 20 years. Nothing wrong with that format, of course, just seems to be how my brain works.

Weirdly, it's the first game I've won, and it's probably the game where I've done the least. Glad I at least ended up having a somewhat pivotal role making sure it was all tied up at the end

That's about the extent of deductive work Kurt Barlow got up to in the game.
