I've managed to buy my road and that's it, can't seem to get anything else, Either I'm dong something wrong or it takes longer than 20 minutes.

So, how do you play this game, site appears to be working now. I can't buy my road, no one can or has, don't want any others really.

Search for your road, then click "buy street". It'll show you a list (eventually) of all the streets nearby that you can buy. Then you buy one, build stuff on there and amass monies.

Then you ruin Noes' street by building sewage works on it.
