More or less. You could just say Teching too which is simpler. It's a term used in Smash which I'm most familair with so I just applied it here >,> Based on Twitter reactions I've seen folks being pretty mixed to this. Even one person saying it's "easy mode" which I strongly dissagree with. More mechanics means more creativity with how a player can express skill imo.

Juicy new GS gameplay. Love how Wirebugs are integrated into the combat where it doesn't seem gimmicky. Some of the sound design still comes off pretty flat to me tho. Mostly just the weapons when they hit.

After playing MH World on the new Xbox, going back down to 30fps is gonna take a bit of getting used to (If there was ever a game that suited a Switch 'Pro', this would be up there).

I have decided that I will be getting this.

My friend has just got me into MHS on 3ds. This is definitely in my wishlist now.

All the weapon vids have been uploaded now so thought I'd list em' quick since I haven't seen anyone mention them here yet:

I dunno where to even begin, it's crazy to see how far these weapons have come lol. Decided I wanted to pick something new up for Rise to keep things feeling fresh. So for the first time since I started playing MH, I'm finally gonna use the Sword & Shield. It just looks so damn fun in Rise. I dunno why, but in past games the weapon has just never clicked with me. Rise seems to have enough improvements to its mobility and attacks that I'm really quite interested in trying it out finally.

Also worth mentioning weapon vids showcase a lot of returning monsters and new armour sets we haven't see yet which is cool. The one in the Switch Axe video looks amazing.

Someone at the localisation team needs a stern talking to.

I usually always go for the more mute characters when it comes to grunts so hopefully theres one where they don't have as much cheesy lines lol. I'll keep it on at the start, but not sure how long that will last >,>

I was always interested in trying Monster Hunter World but never got round to it. This looks really good, I’ll give the demo a try first but I think this could be my first MH game.

I too hope they make the Khezu harder.

If we're being real tho I would have preferred they brought back Gigginox. Need more Tri monsters to come back in general.
