I think I may have mentioned this before but I hate Bran from Thrones.

He's a boring strawberry floater in the books and TV show and I genuinely hope he dies in both.
He's got to be in the top tier of shitty characters and makes even Wesley Crusher from TNG look like bloody Shaft. I know he's crippled but strawberry floating do something you lazy strawberry floater, Warg into bear and hunt them some dinner or something or better yet help in the combat that inevitably happens about you.
We know he can warg into people as he does it to poor Hodor so why not Warg into an enemy and make once punch his commanding officer in the balls he doesn't need to kill anyone just take him out of action for a while by pummelling that groin.
He could do so, so much but he doesn't because he's rubbish .

So, who do you hate from a TV show or book and why?

Ron strawberry floating Weasly

A close second would obviously be Nelix from Voyager and I don't think I need to explain why as that banana split deserved to get kicked off the ship the ship from day 1.

He's a gooseberry fool cook and has all the navigational skills of Mr Magoo.

Kes was a bit gooseberry fool I admit but she at least had weird super powers.
She also had the rest of the crew purving over her even though her character was supposed to be 5 years old which at least makes the guys on the ship all look like sex maniacs so at least that's something.

I have all 3 films on Blue Ray but I've managed to scrub the memory (except that terrible washing up scene) of them from my mind as they were indeed terrible.

Sure he’s supposed to be a bastard.

But why does he always arch his back and look like he’s going to sing? (Spoiler: He did in one episode.)

After all the hype about Negan, the actor did a gooseberry fool job.

The entire cast of How I Met Your Mother. Genuinely the most unlikeable banana splits I've ever seen on a TV show. All Horrible.

I watch must recent and current programmes with a sort of slack jawed acceptance so nobody really comes to mind. Monica in Friends did my absolute box in when it was originally on though.

I've got it in the back of my mind that Desmond is a Celtic supporter as well, so I concur with this.

EDIT: He is, just googled it. "The closest thing Desmond ever had to a religious experience was when Celtic won the 1989 Scottish Cup final." Which they did.

Desmond was one of the best characters in a show full of great characters.
