Most uncomfortable gaming experiences

Really can't think of too many.

I think some of the earlier games I played involving fights/fighting and such made me feel uncomfortable, because I hadn't been desensitised to graphic violence at that point. Then a bit later maybe GTA III when I first beat a random pedestrian to death with a baseball bat. That was quite violent and, to my young mind, quite shocking that I could a) do that in a game and b) it looked so brutal.

Nothing since then though, it all feels tame compared to films (in terms of realism) and knowing it's not real anyway makes it easy not to care.

I was absent mindedly playing on my Switch the other day when I walked in on my dad wanking over Brokeback Mountain.

That was pretty uncomfortable.

On the one hand it's too silly to be taken seriously, yet on the other I find myself wincing at the viciousness of it at times.

Doesn't stop me playing it though. :shifty:
