Is this confirmed?

Disney has been weirdly dismissive to all the Fox properties they acquired, bar Avatar. It kind of reminds me of when WWF bought WCW and proceeded to make all the WCW stars lose until Stone Cold Steve Austin joined their side :fp:

On the plus side, there's no Die Hard remake starring Timothée Chalamet and Harry Styles.

I enjoy his films and The Devils Rejects is in my top 10 of all time.

House of 1000 corpses is good fun, devils rejects is amazing, Halloween 1 is brutal, Halloween 2 is more brutal. After that it's a mixed bag with 31 being average at best, lords of Salem having a lot of promise and 3 from hell looking cheap.

When he's good he's bloody good. And Munsters is a passion project so hopefully it'll be good.

I thought his Halloween remake was worth a watch.

Wow some really harsh sounding reviews for Jurassic World Dominion coming out. Which likely means I'll enjoy it.

Has anyone seen the things going on around the film The Lady of Heaven?- My immediate reaction is that any film approved the BBFC shouldn't (and almost certainly won't) be banned.

I saw the debate on Newsnight last night between the executive producer and one of the organizers of the protests, but it degenerated pretty quickly into the producer comparing the organizer to ISIS and the organizer saying the Producer was a member of a niche Muslim Cult.

I looked into seeing it, but it seems like it's pretty crap anyway so I won't bother.

The filmmakers did their homework, such as not using an actor to play Muhammed but using CGI instead. Still, was easily whipped up as pro-Shia propaganda by Sunni elements and that was that.

Personally I think it's a bad thing all round. I wish the cinema's had just ploughed on, ignored them and shown the film. It wouldn't have made any money and would have been withdrawn in days anyway.
