Looking forward to it  Does seem a bit by-the-numbers Pixar, being another coming-of-age story after Inside Out and Luca, though. Written by the woman who did the Bao short, which was so weird :slol:

Its something I don't think anyone wanted, or will be big at the box office, but I'll enjoy watching it just for giggles and nostalgia

Can't wait for Dune. Looks amazing and with Villynu behind it you know it's good.

Denis is the man. Didn’t like the Blade Runner sequel though, but everything else - Arrival, Prisoners, Sicario…all so good.

Anyone going to watch Jungle Cruise, the early reviews are all very positive and I think it looks great!

I read the first book earlier this year ahead of the film coming out and really enjoyed it, so would recommend you give it a read if you can. I haven't gotten around to the sequel books, although I hear that the second is a fairly direct follow-up while the later ones can get a little weird.

The Green Knight is getting incredi-reviews. Hopefully they manage to sort out the UK release, sounds like they're having some issues.

From what I've read it's the studio being concerned over covid rates in the UK effecting box office take. However no one else is pulling any films. I wonder as rates are dropping if it will get re listed or if they will put it off till September when the schedule is less crowded. There's some big hitters about to come out.

Yes, absolutely. This might sound like a backhanded compliment but it isn’t - Rocky is the Arnold Schwarzenegger of this cinematic generation. Flits between action and family comedy with a kind of ease that is really uncommon.
