Jurassic world 2 trailer this Thursday. Hopefully giant sloth, giant crocodile, giant shark and maybe..... A dragon.....or at the very least, raptors with feathers.

It's a cross between the first movie and the Land That Time Forgot with the volcano destroying the island schtick.

Get the strawberry float out with that shite. I don't give a damn what the science says about dinosaurs possibly having feathers, I don't want to see that guff in movies. Dinosaurs are cool because they were big, bad, scary monsters. If they were giant turkeys no one would care.

A turkey, huh? OK, try to imagine yourself in the Cretaceous Period. You get your first look at this "six foot turkey" as you enter a clearing. He moves like a bird, lightly, bobbing his head. And you keep still because you think that maybe his visual acuity is based on movement like T-Rex - he'll lose you if you don't move. But no, not Velociraptor. You stare at him, and he just stares right back. And that's when the attack comes. Not from the front, but from the side...

I think we need a full on Dinosaur romp with feathers to better assess whether or not they are scarier without. Also, a lot of them would've probably had downy fluff in infancy, replaced by spines/quills in adulthood. The likelihood of Adult Turkey T-Rex is very low.

Then again though, can you imagine the Jungle Book if all the cute furry animals were hairless? :dread:

That's a new dino, the baryonyx

Story confirms that the plot will focus on rescuing dinosaurs from Isla Nublar when a volcano erupts, which I can confirm my 10-year-old self would have been losing his gooseberry fool over.

But what about the Prime Directive? See that’s what I hate about these new Star Trek films, they just don’t respect their source material.

Captain Kirk isn’t fussy, he’d strawberry float a triceratops without any hesitation.
