21 minutes. It drops at 14:00 :toot:

strawberry floating hell that looks abysmal.

What's with all the slow-mo gooseberry fool during the chase, the forearms grazing clip is ridiculous.

I haven't a strawberry floating clue what's going on in that trailer, is this a sequel to Genisysor yet another semi reboot? why is Sarah elderly again? why is the CGI so gooseberry fool?

I'm also now going to refer to the new female terminator as the LGBT-1000.

Also why bothered using a gooseberry fool cover version of The Hunter by Bjork when the original version would have worked far better

It’s not a sequel to Genysis, it’s a sequel to a Terminator 2.

Sarah is elderly because even actors age.

The CGI is gooseberry fool because either it’s not yet finished or because they’ve used a gooseberry fool CGI team.

LGBT-1000? Is the female terminator gay? I didn’t notice.

Why a gooseberry fool cover? Because every advert and movie trailer nowadays is required to have a gooseberry fool cover version.

The terminaor comment was a bit of a joke tbh, she looks a bit butch and given the current trend of diversity in media it was a cheap attempt at humour. (besides, I stole it from the YT comments anyway).

Also, if this is set after T2 and possibly T3 wouldn't Sarah be dead seeing as in T3 she'd supposedly died from cancer years before, I don't see the point in bringing her back and not John.

They're ignoring Terminator 3 and films after that. So the cancer never happened.

James Cameron says that John Connor will be in the new film.

...there's 6 volumes.

They're hefty lumps though. Whole thing comes in around the 2000 page mark.

Reckon Rambo'll get done in there. Stallone can't keep playing him for one thing. He's 72!

Can't remember if I read the whole thing but yeah, it's super strawberry floating long. The original film is more or less an adaptation of the first few volumes with the major difference being in the manga Akira himself is alive and well and Tetsuo becomes his 'Prime Minister' during the war for the ruins of Neo Tokyo that dominates most of the rest of the series. Also, the latter destroys the strawberry floating moon because why not?

I imagine the live action film will be more of a remake of the anime rather than the manga. Not super hyped but Waititi has yet to make anything not strawberry floating amazing so I have hope.

(Slightly off topic, has anyone seen the What We Do In The Shadows TV show and is it worth watching?)

I've been enjoying it but I'm a big Matt Berry fan. I've not seen the film.

I have only seen the first episode so far but I enjoyed it. It is very similar to the film, just with different actors.

I would give him a chance seeing that people were up in arms when Keaton was appointed the role.

And Keaton made a good Batman.

Just hope they don’t add sparkles.

Dick Cheney looks like he's lost loads of weight to play Ken Miles.

Final film in the trilogy which began with House of 1000 Corpses, then The Devil's Rejects and now 3 From Hell.

Hope it's good. I adore the other two films and it's his best work but he needs a good hit as he has been hit and miss recently.
