According to Guru Larry in the youtube comments section that’s because this movie is based on the script for FNaF that Scott Cawthorn rejected.

Still a weird thing to do to the series... I’m hoping they do a similar horror movie based on Rainbow where Bungle, George and Zippy go on a murder spree
