TBH, I didn't like Carrey as Robotnik anyway. It was basically Sonic vs Carrey not Sonic vs Robotnik. strawberry floating dancing around, it was like he just played I dunno Bruce again, but was a little meaner.
He did Ace Venture 2 and Dumb and Dumber To but there are some obvious films like The Mask that didn't get one.
He's already said he's keen to return for a sequel as there is a lot of room to explore the character further.
Err, I don't know what to think about that... Keanu Reeves's never ending youth must've finally run out because he seems to have aged about 30 years in that trailer. And I mean compared to how he looked in John Wick, not compared to the original B&T.

Indeed he looks and sounds awful. Not sure I will be able to watch it.
Can't see why cinemas here are going to bother opening in July. The only release I can think of for the month now is Mulan which will most likely get pushed again. Everything's going to keep getting delayed with things as bad as they are in America.
Is that going to get enough people in to actually make any sort of worthwhile profit though?
At the cinema I worked at up til last year, we'd occasionally show classic films on anniversaries but would always be relegated to the smallest screen for the 10 or so people who turn up for it and don't buy any food or drink. That was a more family type cinema though and tbf they might be able to stay open on sales from people just coming in for a £6 Tango ice blast.
