Cineworld is supposed to be open a week today. However I think it'll get pushed back to September 1st.

Disney delaying more movies. UK cinemas will be strange with no movies to watch.

So there are films still being released they just aren’t the large blockbuster which is a concern as that would encourage more people to look into attending.

I believe the rest of the world has kicked off at Warner Brothers over Tenet & said you don’t give us it just because America’s strawberry floated, there won’t be cinemas left to show it elsewhere in the next few months. I think it’s likely it gets a September release here

I don't see Tenet releasing here if they can't release it in America. And why would anyone want to watch it here right now anyway? Coronavirus hasn't gone.

BecUse the European theatres have all applied pressure to get it released so they can survive.

America isn’t the only market, unfortunately it’s often the largest for Hollywood releases but the rest of the world needs releases too, just because America can’t get itself in order doesn’t mean the rest should suffer.

There’s still releases to come (for now) September-Dec. The major releases are waiting on America getting its act together.

Tenet is likely to get pushed Europe end of August beginning September.

Cinemas are opening in the next few weeks because ultimately they need some income. If they don’t open they aren’t earning money & won’t survive till 2021. It’s quite simple really in that respect.

U.K. industry still has smaller titles to release along with I independent titles. But a big blockbuster encourages more people to attend which is needed as with social distancing measures screens are down to about 25 % capacity.
