You can sell what's left of the paint though, so it's not a total loss.

The lack of realism takes me out of house flipper, when I start a job on it, why aren't 4 other vaguely related jobs all required first, like every other time I do DIY?

I didn’t realise that. Too late now but good to know for next time. Cheers. Does the game give you tips on when to start buying properties? I think I’ve got enough saved now, but I was expecting it to tell me what to do next.

I don't think it does. I just ended up buying one unprompted

Just completed 3rd stage of Sniper Elite 5 or whatever it is. It's great fun. All my runs go the same way: stealth, stealth, stealth, stealth. RIGHT! Enough stealth *everyone gets mowed down* So much fun. Loved the start of 3rd stage as it was just a sniper's shooting gallery. Like a reimagined tin can alley remake

If the ending had lasted a few seconds longer that would be comedy gold.

Another five games are set to leave Xbox Game Pass in mid-July, with Carrion, Children of Morta, Cris Tales, Atomicrops, and Lethal League Blaze the latest five titles to bow out of the service.

I was sure Children of Morata was announced to be leaving a while ago...

Carrion is one of the games that made me realise the LG CX's "auto" setting for overscan doesn't work, resulting in the corner icons falling off the screen.

I remember this being a problem for me with my B8 also!

I put it down to a problem with Carrion, and figured they'd update it eventually, but then I noticed a couple of other games (FH5 and Chinatown DA) had things off the edge too, so I looked into it. Weird that the LGs get so much right, but that problem persists.

Do you have Just Scan (I think its called that, at least on my older B8) set to auto? This seemed to address the issue for me on a few games and the Xbox test card itself. Deep Rock Galactic was another one it rectified it for.

But Carrion never seemed to be quite right. Also I got horribly lost and gave up anyway. I think it was due to the overscan.

I played Chinatown a few days ago and did not notice the issue there (i'm guessing it would have been pretty obvious due to the UI). I was enjoying that game quite a lot but then it sent me back an unacceptably long way when I picked the wrong bottle of red wine so that was the end of that.

Yeah the scan setting fixes it usually… put it this way, I’d be very surprised if your TV can’t fix it in the options somewhere, it’s not an Xbox hardware issue afaik.

Yeah, I had Just Scan set to auto, but everything's fine since I changed it to On.

I think it was Chinatown that caused a problem. There was a door that had to be clicked to exit a scene in order to progress, and it was entirely off screen! I managed to randomly click the right place.

Ah ok. Possibly I have mixed up the setting I landed on, but I know one of them resolved the issue for most of the situations where I was seeing it.

If you want I'm prepared to swap TV's with you.

Oh cool. I never got around to trying those before. (On Xbox.) Though I may just start with 3 as that was my first and I haven't replayed it since PS3 days.
