Be aware, you'll need a totally unreasonable 134GB of space to install it. It was such a laxative relief when I finished it and freed up all that storage.

Haha, might seem like years, but it was only released last year.

Should be tempted by Jedi Survivor, but I'm just not for some reason.

I wasn't aware Firewatch had come back to Game Pass, hopefully it's not leaving again soon, will hopefully play that once I've finished Harold Halibut, however long that takes me (the first part of the game seems to have taken me a few hours on its own, never mind the rest of it, but I'm trying to constantly talk and listen to what the characters have to say), been wanting to play Firewatch for a while now.

I feel the same and i'm not sure why either. I think it's because it's another massive game which is probably not going to do enough different from it's predecessor to justify the time investment given the huge back log I already have.

That’s probably part of it, plus the fact that recent Star Wars games don’t seem as good as the ones from years ago as well.

You can stick to the main storyline, and it's not such a long game. If you get drawn in and explore the whole, vast map, then yeah, it's a time sink, but I loved it. SO many hidden things to find once you unlock all the abilities, but the map and navigation aids help you along nicely.

It's a great game. Not quite as good as the first for me (the locations weren't as interesting I found) but it's well worth a play.

Chances are I'll eventually try it out at some point, but I'm not in a rush to do so, if I ever do download it, it'll certainly just be mainlining the story and not worrying about the bulk of the side content. On Howlongtobeat, the main story is around 20 hours, completionist is over 50, could live with about 20-25 hours, think the first one was around that.

There is plenty to enjoy on Game Pass first for me though, as I said I'm playing Harold Halibut, then it'll be Firewatch, then I'll hope to replay Senua's Sacrifice before Hellblade 2 comes out mid may, then Avowed and Indy later in the year, this feels like the first year I'll be getting really good value for money from the service. Suppose I might have a bit of time to quickly go through Jedi Survivor :dread:

EA stuff hangs around on the service, so it might be one that I play around Xmas time. I did enjoy the first one quite a lot.

If it wasn't for Sand Land later in the week and my current Kingdom Hearts marathon, I'd absolutely be starting up Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes later on. Especially considering I had planned to get it on the Switch, but... performance issues there means no chance.

Manor Lords is a medieval strategy game featuring in-depth city building, large-scale tactical battles, and complex economic and social simulations. Rule your lands as a medieval lord -- the seasons pass, the weather changes, and cities rise and fall.

Almost certainly a Mario game but a outside chance it's the Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons remake. Find out tomorrow or maybe tonight.

Return To Grace is worth a look. A short experience, and not a lot of gameplay aside from exploration, but it tells an interesting story and looks splendid.

I quite enjoyed Return to Grace also. These are the experiences I like to see on Game Pass.

The Rewinder

Platform: Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC (with Game Pass)

Using pixel art to evoke ancient Chinese painting styles, this 2D puzzle adventure game sees you take on the role of Yun, a “rewinder” who has the ability to enter people’s memories and influence their actions. Travelling to a village, you’ll be able to unravel the mysteries of what occurred there, and uncover a story inspired by Chinese mythology.

Gamera Games also announced Depersonalisation, Firework & Keplerth all coming to PC Game Pass. Volcano Princess coming to Xbox & PC Game Pass.
