Xbox Game Pass - Botany Manor, LEGO 2K Drive, Diablo 4, Hot Wheels 2, Evil West, Control:UE, Dead Island 2 out now

Game Pass Cloud Streaming is pretty solid for me these days, it did used to have pretty bad input lag but it's generally seamless now.

Image quality is still a tad muted and grainy compared to playing local (or local streaming with something like PS5/Steam Remote Play) but it's not even close to being a deal breaker any more.

I don't think I have played a Tennis "sim" since the Virtua titles on Dreamcast. Will try and check this one out.

Still the best tennis game.

It was all in how responsive Virtua Tennis felt. Such amazing games.

Yep, even now I can feel the anticipation of charging a return shot and getting the angle and release timing just right. Incredible feeling.

Only downside to cloud can be that sometimes it doesn't load the game. This only happens when a fresh set of challenges has gone live and so I am assuming the servers are getting hammered. But it sorts itself pretty quickly. (I either try again later in the evening or the next day and then it loads up every time.)

Replaying The Walking Dead. Chapter 5 achievements aren't unlocking. Which isn't a huge deal even though I'm playing the game for rewards points, but I then restarted chapter 5 to see if that'd fix it. It didn't. And so now I have to go through some of the most harrowing parts of the game all over again :cry:

Achievements do sometimes get stuck, they usually unlock eventually. Often when you're playing something completely different.

The original was fantastic. Never played the sequels but from what I read they were a bit hit and miss.

Rumour: Battlefield 2042 and FIFA 22 will be added to Gamepass Ultimate (via EA Play) on May 5th -

Two new titles have now been added, FIFA 22 and Battlefield 2042 , which you can access via EA Play.

However, we have to let you know that both games are currently not playable with your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, which actually includes the EA Play membership.

We tried the download on the console at least with FIFA 22 ourselves, but our EA Play subscription via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate prevented us from doing so.
