Today spent those 35k points on the free 3 month Game Pass Ultimate pass redemption so well happy with that.

For those that don’t know about Rewards (I didn’t till just a few months ago), make sure you look into it and do everything possible plus on the Game Pass app. Check them every single day

It’s an amazing promotion. I have built up about 140,000 points over the past 18 months or so (and have 100,000 currently available). I have set up search folders in bing pc browser and safari mobile so one click on each opens up enough search boxes to max out the daily points totals for we searches.

That’s a bit short notice. I need to get back to Talos and tidy up the loose ends.

 140k

Dunno how long it’s been going and probably best I don’t know as I’d realise just how many points I’ve missed out on, and therefore how many more free GP months I could have had.

At least I got a free 4th month when redeeming the 3 month code by accepting auto monthly renewal at the end. I promptly turned that off a minute later via the website and kept the 4th month :msgreen: :datass:

Does stuff ever cycle back on to Gamepass? And how frequently does it reappear if so?

Interested in trying Darksiders 3, as I enjoyed the other 2 when they were PS Plus freebies. But it's not a game I would probably buy, so I fancy trying it on Gamepass.

However, it's not a game I'm itching to try out when my new Series S arrives - there are more pressing Xbox-only titles I've missed out on, or stuff that's getting next-gen polish - so I'm likely not to play it before it leaves on the 15th. My console is likely to not arrive from the UK before the 12th/13th anyway.

Stuff does, but its infrequent. Fallout 4 was one, but that may be a fringe case given the publisher. Basically i wouldn't couldn't on it coming back in the next 12 months. But i'm saying that there is a chance ;)

I'm far too lazy to bother with that, plus I don't use Edge or Bing as they're gooseberry fool.

I've just installed the ABS extension in Edge Chromium, which automatically carries out random Bing searches.

On iOS (for the safari one), create a bookmark folder, then enter a random search terms in bing (make sure you are logged in to your MS account). Then add bookmark and select the folder you generated. Repeat this for approx 30 different search terms, each time adding the result to the folder from step 1.
When you want to open them, click the favourite icon, and long hold your finger on the folder containing all your search terms and select "open in new tabs". You can then close all tabs.

On PC i do much the same but using Edge. just put in a nonsence search term in bing, hit enter and then click the star that will be empty to the right of the web address. Put them all in a folder, then right click the folder and open all. You will also get the additional 12 points a day for bing searches.

That's genius. And it means you don't have to keep Bing as your default search engine! :slol: Thanks

+1 for SW Jedi on Day 1

Re the Edge, Bing and mobile searches I just spend 5 mins a day on my phone typing a random selection of characters to search..literally things like "djdy" or whatever. Sometimes it takes me down a wormhole based on the first result. No effort really to clock up the max 24 searches per day

I’ll be able to play Fallen Order on PC with GamePass, right? I almost bought it last week too, and was seriously regretting not picking it up.

As long as it's coming to the standard EA pass then yeah it should be available on the PC Game Pass in I think December.

For anyone else in a mild panic like me, those games are actually leaving on the 17th. But realistically I need to get done by 10th anyway, because I don’t want to be labouring over a rushed completion once the Series X is here.
