Genuinely a GOTY contender for me, closest non Nintendo game to get near Breath of the Wild (the devs literally say it was their biggest influence). It's gorgeous too.

I have heard that. Does it really scratch some of that itch? Incredible if so / huge if true.

I have been seriously considering starting BotW over again (90 hours in and have not played it for 4 years now so don't want to resume from a position I have no recollection of).
By the same token this would mean me buying it again (on Switch this time as there is no way I will stick with a Wii U title at this point), and also potentially being burned out on BotW when the sequel comes out (lol).

Maybe this is the perfect alternative. Hopefully the rumour will be true!

I'd say it DOESN'T scratch that itch quite, but the climbing mechanic is the same (you can climb anything but it has a stamina meter (upgradable) and it also has mini dungeons to get these upgrades although the ones in Immortals can be MASSIVE compared to BOTW with same mix of puzzle/battling, you also carry things about in a very similar way to BOTW (above head with gold 'ties'). There's no punishment for Rain and things, there is weather in this and also a kind of hazard zone every now and then.

I'd say the big difference is the physics based things, don't get me wrong there's a bunch of physic based puzzles and they work very well but it's not as 'sandbox' feeling as its influencer! 4K/60 does look insane though.

Yeah, I did get one, but for a variety of reasons (and covid) I haven't got round to setting it up or trying it.

I have been using some voice recognition software (VoiceAttack) after getting a decent quality mic and have managed to use that successfully in a few games.
