Games are being made by children who didn’t grow up with joysticks.

Speculation is that it's not coming to Game Pass. It's just one of the games which you can play via Cloud if you own it.

Moonscars is a challenging Souls-like in which you play as clayborne warrior Grey Irma, as she pushes through an unforgiving and nonlinear 2D world in search of The Sculptor, the man who hides the secrets to her creation. The game will launch for PS5, PS4, Switch, Xbox One, and PC on September 27.

I really like the art style, looks a bit like a Castlevania game if it was a Witcher tie-in, made by the Othercide devs.
