No, not there yet. Guessing it'll be around 5pm, based on previous things.

On PC, do you have a separate section/app for EA Play?

Yeah, you link your EA account, and install the EA launcher app too.

Might take a break from RoboQuest until its full release, i'm quite keen for some Frog Dick action. Dead Space too!

Frog Dick is very cute but the first game at least is more of a fetch quest than an actual detective game. Cute though!

Which is better though Original Dead Space or All-New Dead Space?

They are largely identical, but the new one looks much nicer and the atmosphere is superb. There is some tweaks in maps and layout but hard to notice.

Isaac is voice acted in the new one and therefore the game is immediately worse.

I hear they add some backstory/slight narrative changes that tie DS1 in with the sequals slightly better. More stuff around Isaac and his gf etc.

My initial impression after about 45 minutes is that the plasma cutter feels less punchy. It probably does the same damage, maybe just the sound effects.

I think I shall play the original version- that way I can play the new version at some point in the future and decide for myself which is best.

Original is excellent, and I stand by my claim that this remake wasn't necessary. But as it's not costing me anything extra, I'm happy to play through it (once I've finished Signalis).

Good choice, the original (aside from the damn asteroid section) is one of the finest videogames ever made.
