Took few sessions to get back into this, but totally into the groove now. Really pleased that the balancing didn't do anything obviously negative...

Damn, Nobody Saves the Word is brilliant fun. Game wasn’t on my radar at all, but I’m having a blast.

Between it and Windjammers 2, Spelunky 2 and Death’s Door, it’s an outstanding period for GamePass indie titles.

After a stellar January including 2 day a few day one releases, I'm struggling to think that they can match it in February. Dying Light 2 is out on the 4th and that's not on GP and the only other big release is at the end of the month with the Elden Ring which obviously won't be on GP not least because Sony probably paid for it not to release on GP like RE Village which was going to launch into it.

Maybe RE Village finally goes in after the year. Maybe some other bigger games come to it like Tales of Arise.

I did a search for it (first time I'd heard it) and it's based on supposed leaked contractual documents. (Which were retweeted by a lot of leakers and then deleted.)

I can see it being true, I can also see it as people jumping to conclusions based on partial info.

It tallies with their cross play policy which was in official court documents.

Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney confirmed in testimony today that Sony is the only platform holder that requires this compensation for crossplay. “In certain circumstances Epic will have to pay additional revenue to Sony,” said Sweeney.

The tweet being deleted could just as easily being the employee not wanting to get fired tbh.

TBH, I'd appreciate a quieter February. I have some catching up to do!

Really enjoyed the first one, but dropped it when I lost loads of save progress due to a bug that I believe was later patched out. Look forward to giving this one a go.

Just saved myself another £31 by signing up to another Game Pass trial and redeeming the Crunchyroll Mega Fan offer :toot:

Will hopefully be able to do the same with YouTube Premium, when that trial ends in February.

The Crunchyroll offer has to be done on a new account unfortunately. I mean, it's easy enough to sign up with a different email address, but annoying when you have favourite shows saved etc.

Aye. That's what I did. Less of a pain on the fave shows front for me, though, as I only watch One Piece  and a couple of other shows now and then. (Currently it's JoJo and Ranking of Kings, the latter of which is an absolute bloody revelation to me. I describe it as the closest thing to Ghibli doing an episodic anime.)

It's good that we're getting one of the SP campaigns in Game Pass. I just hope they make the other available to buy separately, because at the moment it looks like the only way to get it is in a $25 bundle.
