I've just cancelled my PC Game Pass sub that I've been using the last 2 months to play Flight Sim, although it lasts until 1st December. I want to do the buy a year of Gold then upgrade it to Ultimate thing, but I'm worried if I buy a single month of Game Pass Ultimate to start with, it will upgrade my PC game pass and then not allow me anymore cheeky upgrades. Anyone got experience of upgrading other subs multiple times?

Not exactly the same but last week I let my PC Game Pass expire, it then offered me a new month for £1, did that for the PC but then a couple of days later to prep for Series X bought Ultimate 6-month code anyway, added it to my account and it gave me 7-months (included the £1 PC Pass), so you should be fine. If I thought about it I should've done the whole Live/Ultimate upgrade but I'm not that fussed about trying to work out the different upgrade ways.
Night Call is interesting game. Don't think I'd be cuffed if I pay for it as it has things that brought down experience, but as part of game pass I was more than happy to play it.
It has some issues, like one time I got game over it lost all progress I did on meeting various people. The time limits aren't really forgiving even on Story which id of have liked just to learn more about each case, on top of making sure you get wages...if you run out of them you get game over.
Annoyingly it's not easily balanced by just doing your job, as you have fees to pay so you may not even get profit. It's more frustrating than it should have.
But that aside, happy to give it a try. Finished all three cases but I think I'll keep going on for rest of achievements.
So I guess if you're curious about the game give it a try.
Can we make informed guesses as to which games will be leaving soon?
E.g. I've got my eye on Resi 7 and Doom Eternal when my Xbox arrives this week as I suspect they may be soon to be dropped? I know v little about the service so might be off here.

Doom won't be it's only just been added to Gamepass, plus with the purchase of Zenimax it probably won't be removed at all.
