The Gardens Between was brilliant.

Agreed. I'm sorry to see Planet Coaster go too. I never put much time into it, but I'd like to be able to go back to it.

Goodbye social life soon then. Knew I shouldn't have started Fallout NV last week...

Recommended from Eurogamer -

Offering a beautiful canvas to work with, Unpacking is a calm and tactile little sim about something most of us would usually dislike.

Yep, a lovely game made extra special by it being one of the first games I played on my 1X. A really nice way to spend 4-5 hours.

It Takes Two is a superb addition. I enjoyed 2 memorable play throughs with different friends during lockdown earlier this year. The best co-operative gaming experience I've ever had.

Probably my game of the year ahead of Ratchet & Clank, Returnal, Psychonauts 2 and Metroid Dread (haven't played Deathloop yet).

It looks like Gamepass subscribers will get 10 hours of BF2042. Good way to see how it is since the beta, before buying.

Unpacking is basically a tidying-up simulator, and it's quite compelling.

I can absolutely see me playing through this after i have finished The Forgotten City.

It's short right?

I think so. I've only done three or four properties, and I think there are fewer than ten (the achievements are all secret, so it's difficult to estimate progress). They get more time-consuming though, and it's the sort of thing you'd just do one scenario of at a time, rather than playing intensively. I'm using it as a wind-down after a more action-based gaming session.

Anyone else using Gamepass for PC noticed streaming games not launching when you try to do so from the app?

I've taken to playing The Forgotten City via streaming, because the installed version on my PC keeps crashing, (some kind of directx error everytime, not really sure what the root cause is, probably my GPU on the way out still,) but I have to launch it through in browser streaming instead of the gamepass app.

I've quite enjoyed it myself so far, just up to moving in with the boyfriend.

I like how there's a story if you look into it

Don't always agree when it tells me off for putting something in the "wrong" place.
I'm the one unpacking here, game. You have no power here.

Ha, yeah, that’s the last one I did yesterday. I started off being all respectful, putting her clothes separate to his, but once it started getting tricky, I was like well it’s not just his flat any more, this smashing blouse will just have to sit on top of his shirts.

I saw some screenshots going round Twitter of people not having a clue where to put a certain object, because they didn’t know what it was. They were too young to recognise a GameCube.
