Nice, I’ll definitely play Close to the Sun.

Tin Hearts is a lot of fun, btw.

A part of me want's to try Resi 2, but I can see myself getting stressed out by it. I suppose this is the perfect opportunity to test that.

I just bought Valhalla in the Steam sale a few days ago! I'm half-tempted to refund it now since I'm still under the 2 hours playtime, though I did buy the complete edition and I suspect the Gamepass version will just be the base game with no DLC.

Edit: Sod it, refunded. I can probably pick up the DLC for less than the £30 I paid on Steam at some point in an Xbox sale down the line somewhere.

So I downloaded Fallout 3 for another playthrough. I've not played it since it was released, but obviously played Vegas and Fallout 4. Absolutely loved Fallout 4 although the fan reception wasn't so great.

I'm shocked as Fallout 3 looks amazing. I gave Vegas another go last year and it looked ropey. Fallout 3 looks bloody excellent on Series X. The overworld isn't far off Fallout 4!

But I also remember discussing Fallout 3 on here back in the day (or it could have been in the GamesRadar era) and I never particularly liked it, once you have to go into the metro tunnels to get anywhere I felt it lost immersion as the scenery just repeats in the tunnels and you never know where you are going. But I'm going to persist for a while. I've only just got to Megaton and I remember a GRcader back in the day said to do the field study mission or something, as it helps with early levelling.

Weird the stuff your mind retains!
