I have been waiting for Prey. It has been cheap in the shops for a while, but I just don't want any physical discs anymore.

Monster Hunter World was a massive game recently too?

Monster Hunter World! That's a big game. Have sales dropped off for Capcom on is the financial and player-base incentive that good?

I have completed season 1 of TWD but not season 2 (although i have on PS3). If i skip S2 will i miss seeing the consequences of any significant actions from S2, or can i re-familiarize myself with the events of S2 with a wiki and dive straight in? I played through S1 specifically for consequences to carry over to S2, but im not convinced you ever see the results of choices across the seasons.

Any gentle guidance on this would be much appreciated, as if i could cut out a 10 hour game i have played before right now it would be very beneficial!

The final choice of Season 2 is only referenced through Season 3 in flashbacks and has very little significance in the actual game. I'm not certain on this, but I believe if you haven't played S2 you can manually input your choices before starting anyway.

Monster Hunter world is a surprise. Maybe Capcom are hoping enough people will be invested in it by the time it’s taken off Gamepass that they’ll buy a copy.

Ah cool thanks, think it's safe to skip playing through S2 again then. It's only been about 3 years so it's all kinda fresh in my mind still.

No worries. It was one of the most disappointing aspects of season 3, that the major decision you have to make at the end of 2 has no impact at all. Well that and turning Clementine into the least likeable character in the game.

Oof. Maybe I should just skip it....

I've found it very hard to get into, I'll try it again but the first few hours didn't impress me at all.

The first few hours are slow but what I loved about it was be able to explore the station and the ability to pick abilities (like going human powers only run was fun limit to have) and such, I really had lot of fun with it.

Sounds interesting, i will definitely be giving it a go. It seems to be a game that really polarizes opinion. And those types of games normally go down great with me.

I kinda don't want to play past TWD season 2, it ended perfectly and the fact Season 3 scuppers my choices in the first minute made playing it a chore.

Just like I class the Matrix as not being in a trilogy, I think ill limit TWD to 2 seasons.

Guys, this is only my opinion. A lot of people enjoyed it, I'd hate to think I was stopping you from playing it and making your own mind up.
