Such a nice incentive to those considering Series X as a gateway in to the MS ecosystem. Very shrewd marketing. I dont really like EA stuff much, but i can see the sense in it.

I think calling it overly complex is kind of unfair. That level (and the series in general) is one of the greatest creations in recent gaming and part of that is because it dares to be something more than a dumb linear experience.

Also, it's not actually that complex when you think about it!

Yes. EA normally add their sports franchise games around 6-9 months after launch, so as long as you're ok playing a slightly out of date version you're golden.

That's my reaction as well, seemed like the odd one out of all the MS franchises not being available.

Nobody here gives a strawberry float but I got past THAT Jack fight in Resi 7, in 5 attempts. Absolutely buzzed my tits off.

If I said ‘Groovy!’ would you know which one? After 60+ attempts on my PS4 run I just got streaming superstar GRcade’s very own Cumberdanes to do it.
This time in 5. Turning up the camera speed really helps as you can turn/move much quicker.
The DLC was on sale for the millionth time the other week but I missed it...for the millionth time. The free one is good though!

Everyone loved the intro part, then it confusingly became an entirely different type of game and most people lost interest.

+1. Literally at that point my interest in the game nosedived but I’m going to knock it down to easy mode or whatever to get past...those bits :dread:

Plus all of the collectibles, Psychonauts-esque. No need whatsoever.

Put it on the easiest setting so I can just enjoy it without any trouble....... and i died quite a few times! :lol:

Ammo is very scarce and the speed of some of the enemies means a few shots miss their target. Loads of glory kills which helped the ammo situation, but frankly I’m amazed how tough it starts off on this. Christ knows what Nightmare or above must be like!

Doom eternal isn't a particularly well balanced game. Seems to put too many barriers in the way of the fun. Could have been better than Doom 2016 but felt very stop-start.

I’ll stick with it cos it’s Doom but obviously I need to git gud

Is Game Pass coming to PC/Mac browsers in 2021? Now that I'm without Xbox it would be so cool to jump in and play these games. Obviously Stadia does it already but I'm not invested in that and GP has higher profile games.

Once they fit the Series X blades into their servers, it should soon be coming to the Xbox App on Windows 10. So, very possibly in 2021.
