Monkey Island - Amiga, PC (CD ROM), Xbox 360 (physical), Xbox 360 (digital), PC (Steam), PC (GoG), iOS. Soon to have Limited Run rerelease (which I think has about a further 4 versions).

There's a few I've dipped on many times, either through collecting or moving around a lot and only having one platform available to me at a particular time.

Skyrim - 360, PS4, XB1, PC x3 (Base/Legendary/VR)
Mario 64 - N64 x3 (UK, Jap unboxed, Jap CIB), 3DS, Switch
GTA5 - 360, PS4, XB1, PC
Link's Awakening - GB, GBC, Switch, Jap CIB, Jap unboxed
Pokemon Blue - GB, Jap unboxed, Jap CIB, VC, GBA (as Leaf Green)
Ocarina of Time - N64 x3 (UK, Jap unboxed, Jap CiB), GC x2, 3DS, Wii

Those are probably the worst offenders.

Probably something like Sonic 1 if you count all the compilations it's on and mini consoles and stuff. I think I have about 4 megadrive copies of it, then had it on the Wii, 3ds , Xbox 360 , mini Megadrive, one of those blaze megadrives (the Argos type) , have it on steam then on a compilation on PS2, Xbox 360, PS3, Xbox one, and switch

I thought my most is 3 for any one game but realised, when making the lost, it was 4 for Xenoblade. I've included the other ones that came to mind:

Xenoblade Chronicles - Wii, 3DS, Wii U, Switch
Ocarina of Time - N64, GameCube, 3DS
Tales of Symphonia - GameCube, PS3, Steam

Some impressive dipping on display, seems like quite a few games where people have got to 4 copies.

Crap, I forgot that Sonic came out on the Wii Virtual Console as well, that bumps my count up to 12 for it then!

I had Theme Park on three consoles, Megadrive, PS1, and Nintendo DS.

Loved that game.

Wow, three console versions of Theme Park! I can't contemplate playing a game like that without a mouse!

It's got to be a close call between DOOM and Duke Nukem 3D.

I think I've bought them on most systems they've been on. Just can't help myself.

At least on the XSX I can access the XBLA version I downloaded on the 360 in the day.

Don't multi-dip much, but here's what I can remember off the top of my head that's more than twice:

Sonic CD - 3 - PC (now lost), GC (gems collection), iOS
OoT - 3 - GC (WW bonus and zelda collection), remake on 3ds
Super Mario Bros. - 4 - GBC (Deluxe), Wii (VC and 25th anniversary collection), 3DS (ambassador)
Smash Ultimate - 4 - 1 digital, 3 physical

And I just remembered that OOT came with the GameCube Zelda Collector's Disc with Zelda I, Zelda II AND Majoras's Mask so thats technically 4 copies of OOT for me.

It always worked really well on the consoles (much like cities skylines), though strangely, despite being re-released on DS years later, some of the bugs from the original still remained.

I think Starfox 64 / Lylat wars is my worst offender.

N64 Big box, N64 players choice, Wii virtual console, upgrade to Wii U virtual console, 3DS

I think that's 5.

I had the Saturn version, worked surprisingly well with the controller.
