Two episodes into The Queen’s Gambit and I can’t believe I’m getting into a sports anime.

It’s been good so far, even if the scene where Mrs Wheatley says she’ll be a good mother to Beth after her marriage ends felt completely unearned as a moment. The oddness of it may be foreshadowing something though so we’ll see.

Holmes and Watson is on Netflix. One of the worst films ever and worth a watch to see just how bad it gets.

Currently watchign Dark, about half way through series 2 and really enjoying it

However;

Am slightly worried they've set up too much to pay off and it'll end up like Lost.

Just rewatched Mindhunter there. Yes, yes there’s a ‘where the gooseberry fool is my season 3?’ thread but...well I mean, when you watch it...it’ll have cost them a few quid. The authenticity is the price tag, man. But what a show.

What a bummer. Sad thing is, I can see why - all these twats watching some Netflix-made Adam Sandler shite or crap like Bird Box, and ignoring Mindhunter.

Finished Schitt's Creek a couple days back. What an absolute godsend of a show, pure wholesome fun. I hope it gets more seasons or a movie at some point.

Seconded, but I'm fairly sure Daniel Levy (David & one of the writers) has said that it's finished.

It does end pretty conclusively as well.

It did not end conclusively, there's plenty of scope for further adventures if they want to do so.

It ends with every character either moving away, married or about to start a new chapter in the way of work.

I'd say that's fairly conclusive. Conclusive doesn't mean that they couldn't do a special some time down the road but like I said above that, it doesn't look like it's going to happen.

I believe Daniel Levy had said there may be a movie?

Just started watching Alice in Borderland. I don't know the source material but this show is great!

It's basically Battle Royale meets Saw. People are forced to play games where losing equals death. Plus, there is a lot of mystery with how and why all of this is happening.
I'm three episodes in and so far the games are clever and there are a lot of twists and turns. No idea where the show is going next, and I don't expect there will ever be a logical explanation for the 'how', but it a good fun watch.

Let us know what you think by the end. I watched the trailer and was initially intrigued but was ultimately put off as it looked a bit too pie in the sky. Maybe would've been better as an anime? BR+Saw sounds good to me though.

It's a mockumentary?
