And that's €7 a month for Irish customers. Signing up now.

1 month free trial then £5.99 per month with no limits on what you want to watch is very tempting...

Any chance of a direct link? Can't seem to find it.

Edit: Whole service is live it seems! €7 a month. I'm in.

It didn't show for me when I searched in iTunes but I just Googled it and it works http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j& ... _Qjn1SthPg

Live on all consoles. Literally gooseberry fools all over LoveFilm's selection.

Makes the cost of unlimited streaming on LoveFilm look laughable too in comparison.

Does the PS3 app do HD streaming?

Yep, HD, 5.1 audio. I'm watching Breaking Bad now and it looks better than the DVDs.

This seems too good to be true.

This feels like the calm before the storm. I can really seeing this being a phenomenon over here.

There's always room for improvement in the library, so I'm hoping a massive surge in memberships can help them fill the gaps. The 1 month free membership is a masterstroke, because it really is a different world from what's available here already.

You get a month free if you sign up through Facebook by the way. It's rude not to really, isn't it? :)

Just tried this. Right well streaming content in HD is brilliant, but I'd have thought the selection of content on offer would have been alot better. No Big Bang Theory, and sweet f-all new movies.

To be honest I think I'm just spoilt by downloading on the high seas.

Woah I was expecting between £10 - £20 a month. Here's hoping the xbox app is out soon. Excellent choice for the price too. Hope all the functionality that I've heard about the US version is present here.

£6 for unlimited streaming, that's actually a pretty good price.

Very poor selection of content, or is that just me expecting too much? Take it each region has specific content so to speak, because I'm betting there's no way in hell the US store is the same as the Irish one.

Is this unlimited streaming available through multiple devices? For example if I signed up, would I be able to access this through PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, or would it be limited to only one device?

Seems decent enough. How do you select to stream in HD though ?

I believe you can sign in to the service on multiple devices but you can only be using it on one device at a time.

Can someone takeover this thread? Its strawberry floating depressing that a service like this has launched the same week I have to switch my broadband connection to a 3G modem with a 60GB data cap due to the shite service pprovided by my old ISP. strawberry float Eircom and Noel banana spliting Dempsey.

Yeah there's a choice for audio and subs before you start a movie but it doesn't seem to be available across the whole library.

Hmm... I'll just leave it for now until the library get expanded then.
