Not sure I can recommend this Bly Manor thing. It was nice seeing Matthew Holness turn up though. And the guy playing Owen is fan strawberry floating tastic.

Owen and Hannah are the absolute stand out characters/actors for me, they hold a lot of the show together.

Agree with this. I should have said about Hannah as well. They act really well together.

Spotted Kingdom (the mma one, not the zombie one) on netflix last night. Its a brilliant show, recommended! Also, see there's some talk of a potential return due to its success on netflix (it was cancelled season 3 but it at least ended properly, thankfully).

Blood of Zeus is okay so far. Hasn't really grabbed me yet, but it's enjoyable enough to watch through.

Missus decided we should watch Emily in Paris for a giggle, based on the amount of gooseberry fool it's been getting.

Imagine The Devil Wears Prada, if Andy was a completely unlikeable, pig-ignorant fuckwit. Good strawberry floating lord, I want everything to go to absolute gooseberry fool just for the schadenfreude of it all, but I know she's going to come out of everything smelling of roses. :dread:

Yeah alright, she was pretty ignorant at the start to be fair, but she was at least a likeable character!

Yeah I saw a few episodes of it as my gf watched it for some reason. I think it's one of the worst things I've seen in a while. I knew it would be gooseberry fool, but assumed it would still be relatively watchable. Dear Lord, it was horrendous. It was like a beginners guide to Europe for dumb Americans. Nobody was likeable either, just awful people all round who don't deserve happiness.

I know it's not meant for me, but I'm not sure why stupid teenagers like it either.
