Triss was genuinely the worst aspect of the first season. The actress was so wooden and cold.

I’ll probably get episode 2 watched tomorrow, from the episode title alone it should be great as it’s a location I’m very interested in seeing on screen.

Really excellent first episode. That's one of my favourite short stories from the early books and they couldn't have been more faithful. Looking forward to watching more.

Thought episode 3 was a mixed bag really, the stuff at Kaer Morhen was fantastic, whereas the rest felt quite average. The title for episode 4 alone has me excited to watch it tomorrow though.

Just watched episode 2 and I have absolutely no idea what's going on in the Yennefer storyline.

Basically she won the battle of Sodom by using fire magic was forbidden. By using it she's now lost the ability to control Chaos which is how she could use magic before so she's essentially strawberry floated.
