strawberry float I thought I'd posted in here. Listened to Junkyard last week and I felt it was a surprisingly apt name. Not really my sort of thing, but it's decent enough.

Just stuck on 6 Day Riot. They sound like a slightly less gooseberry fool version of Noah And The Whale.

Only just looked into this thread. Sorry I wasn't here earlier.

I love Junk Yard.

In fact I strawberry floating Love Junk Yard. Always have and always will.

It is such a sleazy sounding record.

Quick edit. That reminds me, I only have this on vinyl and it should really be the next one on my convert to digital list. Either that or Right Now! by Pussy Galore. God bless usb turntables.

First impressions are good. This is the exact type of thing I'd imagine Superking would listen to, so that's cool.

Finished it. Was pretty short, But pretty good too. Nice to listen to something upbeat for a change.

I like the fact its so unashamedly upbeat even when the lyrics are more downbeat. It is a bit brief though.

Well, I listened to it all the way through. It was nice and pleasant, certainly, but I think it was a little bit too... twee for my tastes. It annoyed me a little bit by the end to be honest. Oh well, at least it was short.

Listened to it all, I think I prefer Folie a Deux as an album but I don't suspect that either of them will ever make it into my regular listening.
My main grudge is the southern, Lily Allen alike singing which I cannot stand unfortunately.

I can see where your coming from there. I got used to it but I can see how it could grate. At least shes a half decent lyricist though unlike a certain bitch called Lily Allen.
