I think I've managed to balls up badly.

I'm on chapter 9, and there's a big fight in the main quest that I can't get past. I googled it, and apparently I need to get another person to join my party before doing the fight. However my only save is just before I enter the fight, and all side quests have disappeared from the city.

Did you get the
person who you get from doing the business management game

I finished this about a week ago and loved it so much everything I have tried to play since has felt a bit dull

That's the person I mean. I don't understand the management game very well, especially the shareholder meetings. I'm watching some youtube videos to learn more. Apparently I need to complete side quest 18 to get a really good employee for the management game and make life easier. But all side missions are missing since I'm halfway through a main story quest.

I was really good at the Business game.. So with the shareholders meeting I actually found that rather than taking in people with high scores take in 1 or 2 with really low costs to use them, the chicken is one of the best for this and basically use it to argue someone round to agreeing with you, if your winning dont be affraid to not press anything until it makes you have to , also save the begging thing until its reached level 3. half way through the game id beat the business game and could basically just keep going to it for money.. It wasnt till I was proberbly 3 5ths of the way through the business game till I really earned any of the side quest people... Oh dont be scared to sell one of your businesses to buy a better one to make more money in the long run it may lead to a rough month or two but it can be worth it.

Just finished the game... at 2.40am, due to there being no bloody saves for the last 3+ hours of the god damn game!

Edit: oh, not finished yet. End credits scene to watch! :slol:

I have been struggling to enjoy any other game quiet as much since finishing this... I tried to go back to Watchdogs Legion but it wasn't clicking for me , I am now playing Manhunter and enjoying it a bit but nowhere near as much as Like a Dragon, I really really hope we get a Like a Dragon 2, I didnt feel like doing post credit challange stuff though, maybe I will one day.

Yeah, it was a fantastic game and I loved it except for a few minor issues. I'd love to see Like a Dragon 2.

I'm tempted to keep playing and get the Platinum trophy, but there's a lot more grinding to do I think.

I've been playing Yakuza O on PC at the same time, and I'm onto the final chapter of that too.

Yakuza Kiwami next!

I started Yakuza 0 but I missed the RPG side so stopped like an hour in to it, I might try it again though

Have you played Dragon Quest XI? I'd thoroughly recommend that, if it's the RPG side you miss. And Persona 5 too!

To be honest it had been a fair bit of time since I had played a RPG that wasnt like pokemon or something else light, I havent played a dragon Quest since like PS2 but I might have to look into something else on those sort of lines.

I paid about 35 and did not regret it for a second, at 25 I would jump at it.

I definitely would have bought in at £35 if I was up to date with the series, but I've still got 4,5 and 6 to get through.

£25 for the steelbook was too good to pass up, though.

Did they stick with the decision to not have cross-gen save?
