A good game and finish.

I'm going to bed now.

It's pretty strawberry floating hilarious they told Eminem not to kneel during their performance and expected him to listen

They don't even pay the artists for performing apparently.

I managed to stay awake up to the 2nd Rams touchdown and then I gave up and went to bed. Was a shame for Joe Burrow but I'm sure he'll get one of those gaudy Superbowl rings at some point in his career.

That stadium is amazing. No wonder it costs $5bn to build

Yes, I read it last night and it is shared with LA Chargers. LA Chargers has to pay only $1 a year rental to access the facilities and they do access everything like LA Rams do. :slol:

Good Superbowl, glad to see Stafford get a ring, decent hafltime show, no complaints really. Just got the long dark summer of boring Sunday nights to look forward to......

Superbowl was okay I thought, for some reason I didn't enjoy the game too much, perhaps because I didn't really care that much who won. I was rooting for the Bengals, but didn't feel strongly either way. Halftime wasn't really my kind of thing, pretty forgettable, and even the BBC's coverage seemed a bit lacking. Still glad I stayed up though, I've been doing it for so many years now that it'd feel wrong not to.

Wish I'd been able to catch more of this season, it's just awkward keeping up with the coverage.

I'd love to see the Packers play, but getting tickets will be a right bitch. Probably not even worth trying.

Not a bad slate of home teams,Tampa heading to Munich as well, Im guessing that deal was in the works before Brady retired which takes a bit of the shine off that game but it will be cool to see an NFL game in Germany none the less. Cardinals are also heading to Mexico City again to make 5 International Series games this year, when do we think well have 16 International games? That is the end goal with this right, every team to play one international game every season?

Rodgers has a new deal with the Packers and has been made the highest player player in the NFL, 4 years $200m with $153m guaranteed. Cant wait to hear him complain about the team not putting players around him for the next 4 years. :fp:

Lol, and off he goes to Denver.

Gonna be weird. He’s been QB as long as I’ve supported the Seahawks, and there was something electric about seeing him at his slippery best. Literally anything could happen. But unfortunately the O-Line just couldn’t protect him at all these last couple of seasons and his potential was just being wasted. Knew this was coming.

They’ve been gooseberry fool to watch this season so I was actually thinking of cancelling Gamepass but the prospect of a frachise reboot will keep me watching. Even if they are as bad, at least I’d not be watching people disappoint based on past glories

Hes off to Denver and the Washington Football Team (Commanders can strawberry float right off, they had the best name and they blew it) get Carson Wentz now thats hes off the market. Thats vcertainly a thing.

Also Bobby Wagner was released which means theres noone left on the team from the Seahawks Superbowl win, seems the ownership are backing Pete Carroll pretty hard to rebuild and go again.

Saw Cristiano take the GOAT goalscorer accolade at the United match at the weekend and decided he’d better shore up some of those records.

Incidentally, I saw he was at the game at the weekend and decided to check out his Twitter to see if he had anything to say about it. He mentioned Ronaldo and Kane in a tweet and I was surprised to discover both players have follower counts that absolutely dwarf Brady’s. Well, not so surprised about Ronaldo, but still, you’d think the biggest NFL star ever would at least have more of a following than Harry Kane.

Soccer is huge all over the world, NFL is huge in one place and moderately well known everywhere else. The premier league especially is easily watched everywhere, they have TV deals in pretty much every country in the world, its everywhere. Brady by comparison isnt even the most famous person in his own home.
