That sounds cool. I think I'll try and download all of them at some point - it'll be worth it to get the 15% discount (if they're decent, of course).

I don't anything about Freedom Planet... just that it's meant to be pretty good?

What I expected - a decent Sonic clone

What I got - a secret Game of the Year contender which combines the speed of Sonic, the weird and wonderful environments and enemy designs of Ristar, the intense bosses of Gunstar Heroes and the movement of Rocket Knight Adventures. Three playable characters with their own characteristics and quirks, huge, multi-faceted levels (most take at least 10-15 minutes, but don't overstay their welcome) which don't seem to ever run out of new things to throw at you, and a combat system which makes defeating even minor enemies satisfying. And great music to top everything off.

Freedom Planet is the best Sonic game in over a decade.
