Think I might actually look at starting Bowsers Inside Story tonight as I have never played it, would people recommend it’s worth playing through?

For my money it is the best one in that series, and is up there as one of the best Mario RPGs

Currently going through it now and yeah it’s really good, I like swapping between Bowser and the Bros to complete different actions, it’s a neat mechanic.

Yeah it's pretty cool. The story sticks out to me the most oddly enough; loads of great characters.

I'll get the squid villager in for sure! I just get random rotations now since I pretty much stopped interacting with most of them :shifty:

The best thing about the amiibo villagers is that if they move out you can just rescan and have them move back in.

I'm probably showing my age here, but straightaway that reminded me of this.

So I have been playing through Bowsers Inside Story and it’s not really clicking with me. I think it might partly be down to the fact I’m not well right now so I’m not fully focusing on it but the battles just seem to be a formality, it’s just not a challenge?

I am just at the part where I am looking for a dark star? Do I have much longer left?

Now you could spend a small fortune buying all the figures or you could buy a pack of NFC215 tags from Amazon, download Tagmo for your NFC Android device (doesn't work on iOS) and spoof whatever amiibo you like.

I use an app called Amy on my iPhone which works perfectly fine for creating Amiibos on NTag cards.

Didn't know about using those Amiibo's in ACNL, me and the daughter started it this week and already clocked in over 20 hours each somehow :slol:

I played through A Link Between Worlds on the Citra emulator in 4K recently and it was wild. Looked stunning and played perfectly with a DS4 (using DS4Windows) since you can use the touchpad as a pointer/left mouse click, and I mapped the screen switch key to a button.

They could simply repackage the game for Switch, add a high-res UI and call it a day.

I loved ALBW. Part of the reason I loved it was that it was the first game since... probably SM3DL that made the 3D feel noteworthy and good and not like a throwaway gimmick. I’m sure it’d still be good without that...

There were definitely moments where the lack of 3D effect was noticeable, standout for me being the route to the Ice Ruins, plus all of the dungeons that made clever use of multiple visible floors.

Citra does have a 3D mode and I've been meaning to try ALBW in VR, but I'm probably going to go through OOT and MM in VR first.

I've actually started replaying that recently just because I wanted to start a Zelda game again. And yeah, it's great. Hopefully 2nd playthrough feels fairly fresh as I must have completed it about 6 or 7 years ago at least.

My 3DS Mii QR code is...

Me and my 6 year old started playing Animal Crossing New Leaf last week and already I've clocked in over 50 hours and just checked her 3DS now and she's over 76 hours :slol:

Can't believe how better a lot of New Leaf is compared to New Horizons on Switch (Over 400 hours on that..) going to Tortimers Tropical Island and competing in events for medals, the Nintendo character themed outfits you can get are all better. Hell I won a 3DS from a fortune cookie which lets you play a secret game on it.

I suspect that we could be set for an astonishing adventure, Kj!

New Leaf Welcome amiibo! certainly is cool and you can gain an *even better* in-game console to play on, too... yes, the Wii U :o :toot: .
