My assumption was that 3D would be involved as a game mechanic, like tilting your view to see things that are hidden.

I watched this video a couple days back and Miyamoto was pretty adamant to have the 3D "slider" incorporated into the 3DS so everyone can enjoy the games. Though I see your point, I can only see a few select titles being unplayable unless in 3D mode.

Do you often contemplate the complexity of life?

Couldn't they just turn off the 3D effect?

At least they can play it, I feel sorry for people with limited arm movement. No more Zelda games for them!

I feel sorry for people with some sort of disability that prevents them from playing a game.

They've never been able to play mainstream games so it's not a huge problem that there are more they can't play. But for many disbaled who could play games with no problem have the opion of some games taken away from them, really gooseberry fool that a hugely anticipated title like Zelda is one they'll miss out on.

Oh and blind people can play games, very limited choice though. I worked on a project making a series of games for blind children. Not the best games in the world but the kids were over the moon when they got to play them.

The last bit of that post warmed my heart and made me smile.

Excellent work there, Alpha. :D
