Glad I didn't buy XII on the PS4 now. The Switch seems so well suited to RPGs I'm currently 72 hours into Xenoblade and I've only ever played it on the train

Nintendo still failed to give any good reason to be a Switch owner. And I can chop Splatoon 2 off the list of games I'd theoretically buy, now that we'll have to pay for online.
Get ready to pay for cloud saves, when the PS4 and Xbox (and even previous Nintendo home consoles) allow you back up on external memory for free.
Pathetic Direct. Pathetic Nintendo nowadays. They're only interested in ripping people off for as much money as they can. I honestly just cannot see what people see in the shitty Switch. Nintendo were making great progress with cool consoles, in the 3DS and Wii U, then they just took a massive back step with Switch, and, oh look, it sells now! strawberry float humanity.

Yeah, sorry guys. I was depressed and angry at other stuff in my life, and took it out on something I was looking forward to, to make me happy. The Switch really does have a lot of stuff coming next year, plus lots at the end of this year.

They haven’t confirmed Metroid Prime 4 or Bayonetta 3 for 2019 yet. If either are though I can see there being a trailer at the Game Awards later this year.

You can add Fire Emblem and Daemon X Machina (which I thought looked very good) to your list too.

Daemon X Machina did look really interesting, especially the 4 player co-op option. It's not the sort of thing that I would normally look at but I think I'll be monitoring that one a bit more closely now!

forgot to say, really liking the way yoshi's crafted world is shaping up and that town game by game freak has me intrigued

Town did grab my attention, need to go back and watch the Yoshi section as I missed that bit last night.
