Dear oh dear. Good Job was the highlight for me. Looks excellent. Potentially Sinsekai also, if it's a Metroidvania as it appears to be?

Feel like nearly everything port wise was leaked? Bioshock, Catherine, XCOM, Mr Driller, etc.

They're really banking on those 3 RPGs (Xenoblade, Bravely Default 2 and Pokemon DLC) carrying them through the summer.

The 2K stuff could be cool if it wasn't inevitably going to be £40.

Didn't think that was bad at all really.

Admittedly there was no word on any new big hitters but there was still a lot of good stuff in there.

And will then inevitably be £20 within 6 months.

Xenoblade was the highlight for me. It looks fantastic and I'm getting used to the new character models. I lost my save of the Wii version so never finished it - this is a good excuse to start a new playthrough, especially given the new epilogue. I'm very tempted by the Special Edition but I'm trying to cut down on physical games so I might go for the download version.

I'm really feeling it :toot:

That was terrific! Seemed a bit light from Nintendo themselves, but some great stuff from other developers.

I'm excited for that Capcom water explorer game (out today), the Bioshocks, the Borderlands, Xenoblade, Star Wars Racer, Burnout Paradise and Bravely Default 2.

Screenshot packaging indicates that those 2K games (Bioshock, Borderlands and XCOM) will require downloads, though. Probably pretty hefty ones, I'd imagine.

Edit: Ooh! Yeah, that tabletop game compilation looked fun, too :-) .

Jedi Academy, Star Wars Racer and Burnout Paradise were very welcome surprises. I'm likely to pick up SW Racer and maybe even Jedi Academy as I really enjoyed it on the PC.

Jedi Academy Mondays anyone? :shifty:

The 2K stuff was a highlight for me (love Bio Shock and have never played borderlands or Xcom). I'm definitely getting the 51 games thing

It was good - no doubt theres a huge crowd for all the RPG stuff. I'm definitely getting the 51 games thing, the office game looks better than Stretchers, the ninja game looks a bit like splatoon (if you like that sort of thing).

I was hoping for a Zelda WW port - but 'theres too much new and original stuff and not enough ports' isn't a bad complaint to have. So well done Nintendo.

Oh I wonder if the Star Wars podracer game is a remaster or a straight port of the N64 game? Im happy either way

There were no new first party announcements from Nintendo though.

You have to think coronavirus might have affected their plans becuase they're 2020 post Animal Crossing is looking very weak at the moment.

Like I'd wait 6 months. I went on eshop to see if bioshock was available to pre-order before the bioshock section of the Direct had even finished :fp:

Quite a nice roundup of games. I'd buy Burnout Paradise Remastered if I knew it would support EA bringing more titles to the Switch, but I have a feeling they're only doing it to get some good points with Switch owners and we'll see nothing else. Hope I'm wrong, but playing this handheld should be good fun.

Getting Jedi Academy as soon as even if I haven't played Outcast in ages. And having Racer coming soon is a great thing to see. If only a new one could be made...

This one is open world, but fundamentally it's still Burnout.
