I'm so hyped on that Zelda trailer right now that I don't care.

But what the strawberry float happened at Retro.

6 years. 6 Bloody years.

Given they’re reusing the BOTW assets and engine, it must have a chance of making the end of 2020? That would give it 3 years of development time.

They MUST have cancelled the game they were making.

Its probably the only explanation left.

As Sherlock once said, once you have eliminated all the possibilities, whatevers left no matter how improbable must be the truth.

It must be multiple games cancelled though right if they're now taking on Metroid. There's zero chance they'd work on one thing for 6 years and then have it cancelled.

At 6 years, you’re looking at two cancelled projects really.

When is Prime 4 going to release? 2022? 2023? It’ll be their first new game in a decade.

It is looking really nice.

I'm liking that the "wild" areas are shared with other players.

I'm not a Smash fan at all... I just saw B-K and thought "Yay! A B-K game!?!"... before realising that, no, it's more Smash stuff :-( .

Nope and that makes me pretty worried as I want to get a Switch for Luigis Mansion and Links Awakening

Nah. They did say beforehand that the presentation was focussed on "games coming this year".

And then they included a fair amount of 2020 stuff  .

Not sure what to make about these multiplayer raid esque battles though, looks quite slow here but I’m hoping that’s because they’re explaining the mechanics behind them.

I was also hoping to get on board with a Switch update.
I don't even think they need to do all that much. Maybe a better screen and slightly upgraded hardware, nothing mind-boggling I'm not expecting 4K.

I know they aren't selling to the same customers but the Switch will look outdated next to next gen consoles and a refresh of the hardware is needed at some point soon.

I reckon they’ll launch a mini, handheld only version of the Switch with Animal Crossing in March 2020.

Really happy for fans of Banjo, well played Nintendo.

I'm personally most pumped for Animal Crossing and Link's Awakening - which I have to say looks strawberry floating gorgeous. God I love my switch.
