Metroid Dread and WarioWare both positives. That Monkey Ball and Advance Wars are both remakes is disappointing.

They said at the start they hoped viewers would find one thing that interested them, so mission accomplished from that perspective. Still left a little underwhelmed. Is all the in house talent really only working on BOTW2 and Splatoon 3 (and Game Builder Garage)? They did say at the end they’re working on other games — hopefully we might actually see them sooner rather than later!

Would have liked more on BOTW2 but overall i thought that was pretty great.

On the one hand, yes. On the other, Monkey Ball's naff these days, and as for Advance Wars I think it's impressive that it appeared at all.

We should get another Direct in September that will show off more new games I would imagine
