Oh yes. I have more hours in Splatoon 2 then any other game on Switch. Maybe even any other game ever thinking about it

F-Zero NX.

Please. The only thing I'm asking for. Nintendo could give me 50 40 minutes on that alone and I'd be thrilled.

I'm going all in on BOTW2 for an end of year release.

I feel if they had another big title lined up, say something like Mario Kart 9, we would have had a tease for it in the last Direct instead of Splatoon 3 (like we did for Smash in 2018 in March Direct). I think we didn't, because Nintendo are planning a big E3 blowout on BOTW2, in preperation for a big release in October.

Unless they're hoping a Pokemon remake can carry Christmas, also possible :slol:

It's golden sun's 20th anniversary this year so all i am asking for from e3 is for Camelot to be freed from their Mario sports shackles to let them finally do a sequel to dark dawn and resolve that massive cliffhanger, or at the very least some sort of remake/reimagining of the originals

(i have asked for this for the past ten years and eventually it will happen. BELIEVE)

This is never going to happen anyway, but I hope if it ever does it's a sight better than Dark Dawn. I picked that up on DS to see what all the fuss was about and it bored me to tears.

Dark Dawn is the game that got me into the series so maybe it's just nostalgia for me but I absolutely loved it, I've lost track of how many times I replayed it when I was younger. I accept that it has its flaws, but its worldbuilding is great and the setup for a sequel with dark and light-based psynergies seemed like it would lead to some interesting new gameplay possibilities so its a shame the sequel never materialised.

Oh okay. It is probably one of my least favourite games I have ever played. :shifty: I remember the dialogue and plot being absolutely tripe, especially the cop-out ending, and the way all eight characters (two of which were completely unnecessary) had to react to everything. Maybe I'd like it more if I played it now...?

Interesting to see what Camelot do post Golf. It'll probably get a good period of support like Tennis Aces, but they could still have something ready for release in 2024.

They haven't made a non-Tennis/Golf game since Dark Dawn in 2010, except for Mario Sports Superstars and I'm pretty sure Bandai Namco handled the non Tennis/Golf games of that.

By most accounts the DS game isn't great, which is obvious when you realise they didn't call it Dark Sunrise like they should have.

Golden Sun has never been a well-balanced RPG, but the first game at least has a lot of charm in its fantasy world-building, its puzzle-like use of psychic powers, and in its distinctive visuals.

Not if they're aiming for another Switch release.

Hoping to see a trailer & release date for Good-Feel's newest game - it was scheduled to release in 2021. Between Kirby's Epic Yarn & Yoshi's Wooly World they're one of my favourite developers.

From the Famitsu concept art, it looks like a Samurai action game.

I hope we finally see Pikmin 4. It was technically announced years ago right?

I'm not convinced we will see Zelda this year. Covid will have taken its toll on development of big titles and I imagine it is behind schedule.

Of announced titles we should see Splatoon 3, Bayonetta 3 and a port of Xenoblade Chronicles X as the xmas titles with Splatoon 3 the big 'family' game coming with a Battle Royale mode in tow. Wind Waker HD and Twlight Princess HD will be out in September.

As the new season of Fortnite launches next week with an alien/space theme expect Samus to be announced as a Fortnite skin together with Jonesy coming to Smash as the next DLC character. There will hopefully be more Animal Crossing news as there are still a TON of missing features from New Leaf (specifically Ganon, Medlii etc as villagers!)

We might get the Rare Replay collection announced as a Switch release with Perfect Dark HD cross platform online multiplayer.

Yeah I fully expect BotW 2 to be a 2022 release now, March I would have said.

Rare Replay would be great on Switch but I wonder how the 360 games would be emulated.

If Samus was going to be in Fortnite I would have expected her to be last season when it was themed around bounty hunters, plus they were getting the big hitters from Sony and Microsoft (Kratos, Master Chief etc.) at the same time so you'd assume they at least approached Nintendo at that point. I get the feeling Nintendo probably won't go for it because they'll be too protective over people being able to play as their characters on rival platforms. (I'd be happy to be proven wrong though, I was saving my v-bucks all last season hoping for Samus to be added lol)
