Zelda looked lovely, I'm a little disappointed it went straight into Pokemon immediately after. I only planned to watch for an hour...

The new Pokemon does look good though.

I'm going to get completely shat on for this buuuuttt felt it looked a tad dated. Now don't get me wrong, I bet the game is going to be incredible but times have changed graphically. I dunno, it felt a bit barren.

Holding out for the NX version.

I thought that too - but then, compared to the ps4 stuff, what did they expect?

This Pokemon game is like the DS Zeldas, it looks gross.

Nintendo really know how to keep people's interests. By the time they get around to showing more Zelda stuff, everyone will have switched off through boredom from Pokemon.

Having watched the Zelda video again, it's a pretty poor video...and I am concerned about how empty the whole thing looks...

It's not a conference and they let people know in advance what the schedule was. There's been plenty of reasons Nintendo deserves criticism in recent years, but this isn't one of them.

I know. It just seems a bad move to start with Pokemon when everybody wants to see more Zelda.

In a lot of the shots I see something note worthy in the landscape. A building. Creature. Tower. Flag. Ruins. Sometimes its the landscape itself, the odd growing tree, the large mountain that has seemingly split. I've no idea just how important they are but there is plenty to want to go look at.

While I agree you can't criticise them on the basis that this is a boring conference as they made it clear it wasn't a conference, I think you can criticise them for not having enough to show to make a proper conference (or Direct) work.

I don't care that they are focusing on NX, this is the biggest show of the year for gaming and its not OK that Nintendo don't have anything new to show.

Zelda time. :wub:

I'm looking forward to Pokémon but have no interest in watching other people play it.
