Love the yellow joycons! However I would like two different colours to go with my red and blue one.

Also, I am genuinelly finding the Switch comfortable to play without the Pro controller, I cant be the only one?

I also find the Switch Joycons comfortable in handheld mode or in the grip, although maybe the years of using the 3DS has made it easy to adapt to the slim controllers.

It's why I don't think the Pro-Controller is "essential", rather that it's more "a damn good pad to have in general". But then I had no problem with the Wii U pad so I might just be some kind of freak.

Nope, ignore that. Was actually two of the neon blue ones but the colour was off on my mate's display and so it looked green.

The game pad is great, it feels nice it was a good shape, I mean it looks a bit cheap and that but it works great as a controller.

The system really needs more demos. There's three or four games I could see myself buying immediately if I tried the demos and they were good.

You know this "press same button three times to wake" thing in handheld mode? It seems like a right arsehole, so I'm pondering switching it off. But I'm not good at making decisions. What have you lot done?

EDIT: My Switch won't be leaving the house, so the feature is probably not aimed at me.

I left it on because I don't find it difficult to press the same button three times.

I picked up Mr Shifty after reading the Eurogamer review, it's quite good. I also picked up Jackbox Party Pack 3,and interestingly it has a family friendly mode. Could be good for playing with Mia, Falsey.

Yeah, I just downloaded Shifty too. Apparently the devs are already working on a fix for framerate issues.

The frame rate issues look really bad later on, which is quite unfortunate. It's a shame because it looks brilliant. I think I'm just going to get it on Steam. It's not too long so I can do without the portability.


And it looks like it'll be coming to other platforms at some point.

I haven't had any reason to purchase any indie games on the Switch over PC. The biggest thing would be portability, but I don't use mine outside or anything so it makes it pointless and may as well go for the PC version. Or which ever format it runs best on.
