Wtf :D

I love that. It's mental :)

Don't worry lads, I've pre-ordered this game if anyone's interested in who the developer was I'll post here when I see it the post credits....I'm guessing about 3 hours after I start playing.

I think this game looks really good

... . It's so daft that only Nintendo could do it!

I believe there is a demo out now if anyone wants to go full Princess.

Treated myself today to a couple of games on sale on the eShop: The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles for £13.19 and Metal Gear Solid 1 (bundled with Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2) for £11.19. Been eyeing both up for a while

MGS is as good as ever, still hope they’ll patch analogue movement in at some point though, the more time that goes by, the less likely though.

I've played Twin Snakes but never original MGS. It's been on my to play list forever but I've never got round to it.

I'm a little worried it will put me in the mood for 2 and 3 but I own them both on multiple other formats and really don't want to buy them again

I bit the bullet and got the collection when it came out, as I didn’t really have easy access to anything other than MGS3, on the 3DS. Even MG and MG2 are well worth playing in my opinion.

Hope we get a new trailer if we do get a release for TTYD tomorrow.

Happy MAR10 day, everyone! Are you planning on loading up a Mario game?

I didn't click with Mario Wonder in the end so I don't think so.

I am looking forward to the upcoming Princess Peach game though :toot:

We should migrate GRcade to Flarum. :toot:

And a happy MAR10 to you too Jawa.

Right now, I'm playing Captain Toad DLC (if that sort of counts). By the way, under-rated playing video gaming "early-ish" on a weekend. Something really comforting about playing games whilst it's still dark out and a lot of the world isn't awake yet, especially a sort of "cosy" game like Captain Toad.

I usually don't replay most games after I've finished them (particularly games that have a definite beginning, middle and end. More open ended games like Odyssey and BotW I still play), but Captain Toad being such a joy to return after so long; I might try replay some of the older games I haven't touched for ages this year. Thinking the likes of Luigi Mansion 3, Paper Mario Orgami King definitely going to replay Links Awakening one day.

With that in mind, I might pick up Bowser Fury again today, that was a great experience I enjoyed but devoured in a couple of play sessions then put away, so will be good to go back to.

How about you Jawa - any Mario games today?

Won’t be playing anything Mario today but I’ll be keeping an eye out on Ninty making some Mario themed info drops on Twitter :toot:

Dang, that's a shame, Winckle.

Fair play, dude - I haven't looked too closely at this but it sounds decent.

It sounds like you were getting into the Mario spirit pretty sharp today, Barnsy! Captain Toad is a great - and, as you say, cosy - puzzler. Good to hear that you're planning on facing Bowser again, later, too.

Probs not, I'm afraid! I'm out during the day and then, this evening, I hope to get a F76 session going.

Nintendo are offering double Gold Coins on some Mario titles in the eShop. All the games are priced at the standard £49.99, though.

I sort-of like Captain Toad, especially its fantastic graphics and charming dioramas, but less so the control scheme/movement but am currently away so may try it portable (which I rarely ever use) with it's touch controls

Yeah, I feel that it works well in handheld mode, doc. It's a game that I double-dipped on, grabbing it on the U and Switch. I have the (exclusive) DLC for the U version but not the different DLC on Switch, though.
