I think it's a "your scientists didn't consider whether they should" deal here Jawa. I presume the devs and Sony are purely chasing the extra exposure, but from what I've heard the visual effects are half the reason to play with the little cat. Don't know if that matches your experience.

Anyway, Little Kitty Big City also exists.

There's plenty of that, don't worry. Almost literally with the final villain of the first game.

I purchased a game I'd never heard of or seen in any shop before the other day it's called Ender Lilies it cost me £25, it's an American copy and apparently it's some kind of RPG Metroidvania sort of thing, I love Metroidvania games Hollowknight and Metroid Dread have been two of my favourite games on the system so I'm hoping when I get time with this I enjoy it. Apparently it rated well but it just shows the Switch library is so huge stuff really does sneak out without notice

Go full metal and slam in the Doom cart (download), Robbo!

Great stuff, Fisher - I know that you'd been waiting to play Tomb Raider!

I'd not heard of Ender Lillies either, Kerr, but it looks to be very cool. It has a Metacritic of 84... it'll be great to hear how you find it.

Looking at my Switch exclusive library reminds me how much I really love the Switch. I just want to pause time for a week, Bernard's Watch style, so I can do nothing but replay all the best Nintendo titles.

I really should get back to TotK soon.

I played Ender Lilies earlier this year and it's a really great Metroidvania/souls-like. I enjoyed it so much I achieved 100% completion!

Awesome really glad to hear that from someone on here.

I was thinking it's up my alley and if I didn't enjoy it it's probably unknown enough to end up worth a few penny's in a few years time.

Can’t lie, this is really exciting to see this come to the Switch, borderline day one now.

The digital version has been on sale a few times. First I heard of it was on SwitchCorner or Switchup I believe. Its meant to be very good, looks pretty too. Also, there's a sequel to it coming out soon.

I didn't get on with Ender Lilies. Looks lovely but the protagonist handles like a truck and it's so miserable.

Miserable like charging $60 (don't know the UK equivalents) for the DKCR and Luigi's Mansion 2 remasters. Utterly horrendous pricing. Bear in mind Metroid Prime Remastered was $40.

Yeah, they're priced at £49.99 in the UK. Very steep for remasters of older titles; they look decent enough but don't appear to add too much beyond the original content.

They absolutely should have been priced in line with MPR. Charging more is nuts. For the price they're charging, we should be getting graphical overhauls so they look closer to Tropical Freeze and Luigi's Mansion 3.

Just browsing the awful eshop and I’ve seen that Star Wars Bounty Hunter is coming to the Switch on the 1st of August this year? Didn’t even know it had been announced, remember enjoying that quite a bit back on the PS2 in the day.

Edit, looks like it’s just been announced this afternoon  priced around £16 btw, still waiting for the Battlefront Collection to go on sale first though!
